There have good banking clients. This is one of the plus point here. You can sit with top quality developers from citi and learn from them. Learning is good here because you get to develop good and well thought products. Work life balance is completely depends on your project with citi.

Dislikes

Management have no control over work pressure from client side. They have fixed cost for developers ranging from 5-10 years experience. So until you do something great at company level along with your client work, appraisals are not appreciated. They have strict no wfh policy on the when you do work from office

A great place to work, No micro management , Freedom to work and contribute in various fields. Amazing work life balance. Management takes suggestions from employees and improvise accordingly to provide an awesome experience. Highly motivated environment. Ideas are always welcoming when it comes to improve organizational factors.

There is room for improvement as always. Salaries should be off market standard. On-site opportunities are less which needs to be there.

As company is relatively small so it still trying to build brand value and respect among peer.So you may not get the same pride with working in IRIS. Also promotions are very difficult to get and as it is increasing in size, politics is also coming in.
