All the people including HR team are very energetic, When I was there I was feeing I am working with young and energetic peoples.

Lot of documentation apart from work, IRIS should on this which will ease the employee.

Initially i thought it is different than the typical software services companies but later on i found out that resources working at lower level upto lead level doesn't matter for them.What matters for them is what manager thinks and say even if yhey are arrogant and ignorant of the facts.

Dislikes

No one will take action against the manager even if you raise your concerns with proof .Hr will just listen to you for the sake of listening without actually understanding it.Upper management is not aware about the ground level reality again because of ignorant and arrogant managers.I also do not have good experience with their exit formalities.

I like company environment too much. I am here for last six months and I am really happy with work which I have been assigned and also like culture of company. There is not like any pressure situation at company. Employees are so friendly and ready to help everytime. In this company, you get a chance to explore yourself by using your skills at every challenges and learning from it. Iris Software is such a nice place to work for career growth and for Work Life Balance . Good Compensation and Hikes . I see many good performing resources got promotions within short span of time. Perks and other Benefits. Also I received double digit hike after 6 months of joining Iris .

So far so good! The onboarding went smoothly with the induction programs being just right in terms of time and relevance; clarity was provided while mapping to a project (tech-stack wise); and the HR/Onboarding team is quite helpful.
