Now a days company growing very fast & they work towards to implement the new policy & procedure within the company . I am very to happy work with this organization . During pandemic No one from the organization fired & also company provide the good compensation and incentive.
Company implemented new policy / procedure for employee's which is good for company growth and individual perspective however whenever I asked to my manager for promotion they does not provide the straight answer & still I don't know how the get the promotion in this organization
I worked as Lead facility in this organization & taking care of individual unit . Coordination with builder for various activity like HVAC, Parking & security issue & handling day to day operation , received complaint, request and other query

Iris has good policy as MNC company. Working at iris work life is balanced.work culture is also good.
I have worked at iris more than 2 years. So i have seen that Iris has most of the support project. If you are from development background still wfm team allocate to you into support project. If you refuse to wfm team then they force you to resign from iris. I have seen in iris has small projects which are completed within 1.5 year.

Unfortunately, my experience working here was far from positive. Favoritism is rampant within the Talent Acquisition department, especially with leaders like Nidhi and Nishi. They have their favorites, and these individuals are supported in every way, regardless of merit, while new team members are often sidelined without any opportunity to grow or contribute. This toxic culture creates a stifling work environment. Additionally, there is a problematic gifting culture. It became clear that those who gave gifts to Nidhi and Nishi were favored, receiving opportunities and privileges that were not based on performance or skill. To make matters worse, there is zero job security, especially after recent changes in upper management. The new VP of Talent Acquisition seems to lack the necessary experience and understanding to run the department effectively, further adding to the overall dysfunction.
