Iris software truly cares about its employees and provide the open work culture where everybody is easily reachable and management / HR is there to support. Also it's a growing organization so there are plenty of opportunities available for the deserving candidates.

I am involved in many areas apart from my core role of PM and scrum master. I conduct a monthly meeting of all the PMs and above where we discuss best practices. I lead the initiative of planning and getting training conducted for my vertical.

Iris keeps the Employees first policy. It really take care of their employees like a family. During Pandemic when things were uncertain, Iris took care of their employees in every way be it retaining people, medical facilities, financial assistance to family of employee in case of any unfortune event . Also with its latest updated Policies they included a very high term insurance.
