Work Life balance is Good, Company cultures is very good , time to time engaging activities are conducted to promote and boost Employee's efiiciency. Lots of opprtunities to learn new technologies to enhance carrer. inhouse trainings are conducted regulary. Flexible timings are good, no restricted or mandatory hours need to spend in office.

More Tax saving reimbursements should be provided to EMployees like Fuel or dress reimburshments.

I have been working with IRIS for last 3 years. I have experienced the best time here while working with IRIS. All my managers, HR, colleagues are so good that you feel home like environment here. Work culture is great, we get so many learning opportunities, Job security is very good. People are very helpful here. Always ready to help you and bring the best in you.
