Iris has given me alot..the time I joined iris I got into my technology specific project..I learnt alot from it...I got promotion and star award 1 year after I joined iris ..even though it's hybrid I am currently working as home please note it's project specific..It has best maternity policies..I could enjoy 9 months of maternity leaves ..after joining back I was put into upskilling program .

I love work-life balance here and the company culture is amazing no doubt. My team is very supportive and friendly. Even i got trainings here to develop my skills so that i can cope up with the market.

No like deserve finance department only bias seniors managers, He is favouring to female candidate only.

He is false commitment at all step. You can't trust any one in finance department. He is not fair with any one and he is bias. He is favouring to only female candidate. If any person is moving other department in finance. He is getting double permosion.

This company always have budget issue during appraisal. Once you joined don't expect yearly promotion or salary hike.people are here from part 2 year not getting any hike. Company won't care about individual. I won't recommend anyone else to work in this company

As this is a clint based company so sometimes you will feel less secure related to job. Although talent team always there to align you in some other clients as well. You need to work on your skills to be matched with the client tasks.

They'll give more pkg than other companies comparatively. Small organization so you can reach everyone easily HR, Management etc.

Dislikes

Projects, very old techs mostly too old that you won't be able to google. Security, small duration projects 2 3 months so after that you'll be on bench/layoff. Sometime Iris feel like a middle man only, all your decision will be taken by client. Management won't even discuss with client. Join as last resort only.

It's been 1.5 years since i am working in this company and here are pros and cons:- pros- 1) Flexible working hours 2) 3 days work from office and 2 days Work from home, complete WFH available in special cases. 3)Management is supportive 4) Learning opportunities 5) HR's organize fun event Cons- 1) increments
