Good organization for people from smaller towns/cities. People from modern/larger global setups wouldn’t be able to fit in the orthodox old school mannerisms of Iris Software

IRIS is very employee friendly in my experience so far. While meeting Client requirements, Company is quite adaptive in building employee friendly policies. Salary & Benefits are also quite competitive as per job market. while most of the work force is working from home, there is constant focus on self development & learning. Employees are encouraged to go for trainings & external certification.

Dislikes

Too early to find any dislike - so far so good.

Iris as an organization provides equal opportunities for all and encourages and motivates people to take up new things and perform. Employees and Senior Management believe in collaboration which creates a healthy environment.

Dislikes

Though there are significant opportunities to learn, I think we can do better on providing trainings

Work Details

I am aligned with one of the BU at Iris. My work varies from facilitating delivery projects to running initiatives. It gives me opportunities to interact with people which comes with its own set of challenges but also there is lot of learning
