They can fire you anytime as they don't have any project and they will not absorb in any other prone simply they will fire. Will force the employee to put a resignation in the above scenario. Which has happened with me abs have all documented No job security.

The one time that I raised a concern that a project that was initially planned to require 4 people and 6 weeks that progressively were reduced to 1 person in 4 weeks resulted in me getting reprimanded for speaking up and told they were doing me a favor for keeping me employed

It's been more than 3 years I have joined in IQVIA, I would say it is the best company for freshers to learn and experience. Growth in a team with 100 people is difficult after 3 years. Hybrid flexibility

I would say it depends on the project and the reporting manager, you may have a work stress and difficulty achieving target otherwise company work environment is great

Work culture is not much friendly and it depends on project to project. It can push you to work on Saturday and Sunday without any comp-offs. HR policy are not friendly and they will work only for Managers. Iqvia Does not have job security

I get to learn everyday . Hybrid work policy.

Dislikes

Work gets hectic and I feel there is no culture in the project that I am working on . We don't have any fun activities that makes us feel like a bit of relax . The company is great if they can work on work life balance as well . Comp needs to be better.
