No ethics. Management is biased and HR is not helpful at all. It looks to me as a company full of clowns. Hats off to Walmart to give to them the process. Iqor is ruining the Walmart name and brand image.

*No Motor bike parking at peak hours *No lockers available for mobiles. Very slow n tedious process fallowed. * Cafeteria is far away. It's a general cafatira open for every one. III rd class. * They have a very heigh F.T.E attrition rate either they leave or are fired. * Force u to come on atleast 2 Saturdays. * Small company too much of politics.

There is no job security everything is depend on the c sat score no matter how's the other things is going on in your productivity, I worked there 3 months and in last 3 months. I have seen daily 2-3 people they asked to leave due to the same reason which make a negative impact in employee to work there overall the company is not good to work for long time it's a hard core BPO, so don't expect much from the company in return....Read More

Facilities are good, recruitment team is very friendly, helps in getting people selected, i was rejected 3 times, but they still helped me in giving chance in another process, i selected with 6 my friends by recruitment manager, fair complexion wear specs, i not know the name, is always there to help out if u r eligible and very friendly, he is manager but always in interview area, always available on phone when u call him. good manager, stan and prince sir is gud, very helpful. hourly salary i like the idea, and 2 times salary in a month....Read More
