Ipsos provided excellent exposure to working within a global organisation that services Ipsos and non-Ipsos clients. It provided exposure to working with various sectors such as public affairs/social research, marketing, loyalty, recruitment for qualitative, pure data collection and processing. It also allowed for working with various methodologies and building out-of-the-box solutions where in-house solutions weren't available or suitable. For a large organisation, there are always changes and it would be great to see more mentorship for the future. Within the research industry, there are generally peaks and troughs - this is not company-specific but it would be good to see a solution in this area too. Overall, pretty good company to work for if you're seeking to work in a large organisation with international exposure.
