They do not follow any policy written in the agreement of employment. While you are working, they keep on looking for cheap resources and once found they kick you out on the same day without letting you serve any notice period. This is highly inhuman and unprofessional for a person who is in shock for having been lose a job without any fault and no time given to look for a new job. They are fully money minded people, who treat employees as objects and can throw them when a cheaper one is found, There is no moral, values and integrity in this organisation and in its founders, directors and so called higher management. There is no such thing as HR here hence no one to think about employees rights.Hence only join if you have no where else to go and be mentally and financially ready to be replaced any day any moment....Read More
