At IPE GLOBAL Ltd. teammates are very helpful, seniors always help juniors and colleagues always tender their support. Career growth is good. Salary/appraisals are also good. Learning is excellent or i would rather say splendid. Work environment is wonderful and innovative. Most important thing i loved about IPE is its work-life balance which is peerless.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
