Company had best policy for CGMP. it was able to take certificate of Approval of FDA.

Dislikes

Some persons (QC AGM Sumit Basu and party) are responsible to made this company third class. they have Idea to make MD fool. (like control of incidences, they allow for run till Sst. if passes then continue. if fails then sequence will complete and no incident required ) they like only those person who always says Yes sir. who say for actual work they destroy him. they working with intension,this natur take status company on downwords....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
