To sum it up, basically, everything about iOTA is perfect, at least for me. The work culture here is the best I've seen, and I have worked in more than 5 companies before. You are always encouraged to learn new things, regardless of any kind of result-oriented pressure, which makes me a lot more comfortable in grasping new skills without any kind of burden to prove myself. The management is here is also top-notch. Managers and fellow professionals are always willing to give you help in almost anything you want. But with all honesty, the most important thing that makes iOTA different from all the previous companies that I have been in is that they treat you like family and not regular employees. They want to see you grow, they want you to face challenges together as a team and most of all, they truly care about you. For me, iOTA is definitely the best place to work in!...Read More
