As a fresher I really like a environment where I can constantly learn new things and develop my skills. In my previous role I loved being exposed to projects and receiving guidence from experienced colleagues. It helped me grow both professionally and personally. Thnks .

They are hiring on contract basis not as permanent employe .This is lack of opportunities for professional growth and development.

Well i dont know where to start from because when a person gets graduated the only motive is to get a good job for advance learning and most importantly a comfortable life. Though i remember when I was piercing for a job, at start I knew that I have to sink my teeth into but I was fortunate and got an opportunity to work with zomato. A glorious workplace with such a positive ambience as well as facilities. Although life is unpredictable, when we think everything is going on in our favour, tables turn. After that i worked with concentrix, it was good yet not worthy as there were alot of restrictions like half an hour break. Moreover, we were not allowed to use cellphones, so i backout. I was messed up with my life, however out of the blue i got an opportunity to reinforce with "IOTA". Many people dreamt of starting a business but very few of them are able to get succeed. Here i am talking about the man himself Mr. Rahul Layal ( CEO, IOTA INFOTECH). Thankyou brother for always believing in you and us. We are not just a team we are like a family. There are hurricane of emotions going on inside me because i never thought i will get a better workplace after zomato but time flies and here i am. The ambience, opportunities, learning, focusing on employee development, communicating and appreciation factor.All in all a complete package what an individual desires for. To sum it up, basically, everything about iOTA is perfect, at least for me. The work culture here is the best I've seen, and I have worked in more than 5 companies before. You are always encouraged to learn new things, regardless of any kind of result-oriented pressure, which makes me a lot more comfortable in grasping new skills without any kind of burden to prove myself. The management is here is also top-notch. Managers and fellow professionals are always willing to give you help in almost anything you want. But with all honesty, the most important thing that makes iOTA different from all the previous companies that I have been in is that they treat you like family and not regular employees.
