As a fresher I really like a environment where I can constantly learn new things and develop my skills. In my previous role I loved being exposed to projects and receiving guidence from experienced colleagues. It helped me grow both professionally and personally. Thnks .

They are hiring on contract basis not as permanent employe .This is lack of opportunities for professional growth and development.

Well i dont know where to start from because when a person gets graduated the only motive is to get a good job for advance learning and most importantly a comfortable life. Though i remember when I was piercing for a job, at start I knew that I have to sink my teeth into but I was fortunate and got an opportunity to work with zomato. A glorious workplace with such a positive ambience as well as facilities. Although life is unpredictable, when we think everything is going on in our favour, tables turn. After that i worked with concentrix, it was good yet not worthy as there were alot of restrictions like half an hour break. Moreover, we were not allowed to use cellphones, so i backout. I was messed up with my life, however out of the blue i got an opportunity to reinforce with "IOTA". Many people dreamt of starting a business but very few of them are able to get succeed. Here i am talking about the man himself Mr. Rahul Layal ( CEO, IOTA INFOTECH). Thankyou brother for always believing in you and us. We are not just a team we are like a family. There are hurricane of emotions going on inside me because i never thought i will get a better workplace after zomato but time flies and here i am. The ambience, opportunities, learning, focusing on employee development, communicating and appreciation factor.All in all a complete package what an individual desires for. I am very happy working with IOTA and i will be fortunate to continue my future with this established corporation. All in all i have just poured my heart out.
