There is no job security also there are areas where your likes and dislikes affects a lot. A controlling environment is there for engineers and even for other support system.

Partiality between the co-employees and showing Favoritism, please try to recognize the employees within the team who worked hard and spared their blood sweat, and tears during the start and mid of the pandemic season.

When I speak about my work it's a bit exacting as I need to take care of my team provide them timely feedback, conduct refresher trainings, getting calibrated by the clients, and provide proactive training on customer service experience

Dislikes

This is one of the better companies which handles good projects and have a better customer satisfactions. However, the visibility to this company in the outside world is not notified. If the publicity increases definitely there will be a better employee satisfaction.
