I have been working here for the past 6 months. Love the work culture and best for the freshers to improve their skills. Management people are friendly we can share any issues openly they will help to solve them immediately.

Dislikes

A travel policy needs to be a concern because they detect cab charges from the salary and there is no cab for morning shift employees. The night shift allowance has to improve cause it's too low for industries standard. They charge extra money from the employee for team outings.

IJP, we can switch and explore different job titles with proper training. Ambience is really good and well maintained.

Dislikes

Lot of small projects eg: 1 member in the team. If project close again we have to move for another team. Learning is available however its beyond shift timings. Full night shift, work life balance is hard to manage

Since I have been working for the past 6months. I feltx` happy with my team member and management. All are so supportive and encouraging to talented members.

The Company's transportation is a little disappointing, in that cab restrictions and allowances for cab and night shift might be improved. Only vegetarian food is provided.

There is nothing as such i like in this company

It's a fraud company which steals the employees money in the name of pf. They deduct about 4 to 5k for the salary of 35k and tell it's company norms and they Don't even give payslip for not exposing this fraud
