There is nothing to like when u don't have job security. Freshers and experienced join here from different states they leave Everthing behind and come to join this company but here in this company they will start playing with your career by giving every Friday assessments.

Everthing is dislike only They will hire multiple people and fire them all. All the comments have been forcefully taken from present employees. Dont get cunfuse while joining this is not a company. U will suffer once u join here Every day u feel like why i have join here

The inventive structure is good but they find loopholes when giving salary.

The work-life balance is terrible. Even if you are unwell but can simply walk somehow, you are bound to come to office. They can give work from home but they will not even for strong reasons. Even if you have leave balance, you cannot take those leaves and there are no leaves given for any holidays. It's like working 365 days a year without even gazetted holidays.

No Job security, No growth. One has to fight for any pramotions even if you geninuenly perform well. Every year appraisal they bring up conditions so that employee can be stuck for again 6 months.

Worst company, hiring managers says they will give good package but in offer letter u get completely different and in hand it peanuts, they cheat in the name of variable pay, they never pay it but show in offer letter as 15% , u work 100% but get paid 60% as others amounts will be taxes and deductions

In my experience, the upper management shows partiality amoung employees. If your in close circle to them you will get whole year work from home option, yearly hike and promotion also. Even you extend and work and completed all aspects. You never get hike and good ratings. The upper management don't have idea of Java projects. As per your experience you suggest any opinions. They not considered but later they implement some dumb ideas and got worst results. About management they assign non-java developer and lower than your experience person as your lead for you. If you questioned they simply said its their process. That lead not even write any code just ordering you to complete the task. If you are in leave they said to connect in remote. About job security - they simply layoff and blame salary package is high so for cost cutting they release from the project. Even that dumb managers who got more salary then you and year hike. Poor IT Support: If any issues occur with your laptop or PC, the IT team will simply ask you to restart it. They do not take backups when changing your laptop. Poor Administration: HR personnel roam around with their laptops all day, yet they do not respond to messages. You will not receive any arrears here. If the appraisal periodis changed, they will not discuss it with you beforehand; they will simply inform you. Poor Food Quality: The cafeteria serves the worst food you will ever have. Only on Wednesdays do they provide decent food. The food supplier behaves as if they are giving away free food. Everything. Worst management. You will be reporting to the operation goons who knows nothing. They will recruit a communication trainer and will not let them work independently. They will ask you to do what they think os right and if uou tell them that it won’t work, they’ll say they have been in that company for more than you have,so they know what will work and will make you work like a quality agent. In the end what they said won’t work and they’ll again come back to us and again do the same! You won’t be a trainer here, rather a slave. You can’t learn anything new! You can only tell the recruiter of the next company that you have done something, learnt something apart from just audits and coaching, that too they will expect 100 audits and 100 coachings a week, but sorry! Where is the training part that is there in my designation!!!!! There is mo SOP. One week you will audit a set of people’s contact and voah and next week another but the second week, they will ask you on the traction of the set of people you coahed last week! The management, no updation to their mindset, people working from last 10/15 years thinking that they own the place and treating like school, no professionalism and freedom to work at all. The salary structure, even before the appraisal meeting they will be fixed with your wage and further opportunities. A good licker can grow and a strong skilled employee can walk out.

One may like the fact that they are being paid for doing nothing. However, if you are someone who wishes to learn and develop their skills you may be extremely disappointed.

There is no proper management and you may be switched to different projects where you may have to begin from the very beginning. At times, you may not be given any work and you would have to stay idle with no skill development and responsibilities whatsoever.

What is even wrong with such companies why are they not allowing someone to exit the company even when they are not doing well. A person who have already completed half of his/her notice period and are willing to even pay for the exit must simply be given their right to exit. A person who had got a better opportunities had to grow. Do not join this conpany. Very toxic.

They do not let you go for a different company even when you are not ok to be here anymore or have gotten better opportunites elsewhere. The worst company this is.
