Freshers they are hiring first 6 month intern after they will convert a FTE as well . fresher don't try this company once you are ready to join this company sacrifice many thinksin your daily life because not following work timing .some time i am worked at 18 hrs per day

1. Work Life Balance: This is totally lacking. Employees are being overworked till early morning hours of next day. This seems to prioritize output over employee well-being, leading to high stress levels and burnout
2. Salary Benefits: Very horrible!! Employees specially interns feel undervalued, specially given the demanding workload. Most importantly, employees including managers leave this company due to financial incentive contributes to high turnover rates, as employees often leave for better opportunities elsewhere.
3. Job Security: The company has a history of sudden layoffs without proper notice. This environment of uncertainty leads to low morale and a constant fear of job loss, further exacerbating stress levels among the workforce.
4. Skill Development: Employees are often left to learn new skills with no support or guidance. This lack of investment in human capital results in a stagnant work environment where employees do not find growth in their careers leading to frustration, demotivation and dissatisfaction.
5. Work Satisfaction: Poor work-life balance, inadequate compensation, lack of job security and limited opportunities for growth creates an environment where employees feel unfulfilled and disengaged.
6. Office Politics: This plays a crucial role in Inypay where there is a significant lack of collaboration and communication between department leading to a siloed work environment. Mistakes are punished rather than used as opportunities for learning and improvement, further contributing to a demoralising atmosphere.
7. Discontinuation of Food Facility: Inypay recently stopped providing a food facility due to shortage of funds, which has an adverse impact on employees. The decision has led to increased personal cost for meals, decreased convenience. The removal of such a benefit further signals the company's financial difficulties and prioritization of cost-cutting over employee well-being, thus contributing to a growing sense of dissatisfaction and disengagement among the workforce.
8. Employee Restructuring: Inypay has undergone significant employee restructuring, leading to widespread uncertainty and anxiety among staff. The restructuring process has been poorly managed, with little transparency and communication from management. Both employees and interns fear for their job security, and reported feeling that process is arbitrary and unfair. This resulted in a significant drop in morale, as employees feel their positions are constantly at risk, further destabilizing the workforce and contributing to a toxic work environment.
9. Conclusion: This fintech based Inypay appears to be a company with significant systemic issues that has adverse impact on employees well-being, professional growth, and overall job satisfaction. The lack of support from management, coupled with poor compensation, minimal job security, toxic office politics, the recent discontinuation of food facility and poorly managed employee restructuring makes it a challenging and often demoralising place to work.
