Nothing is there to be liked, the employees are unprofessional, with 0 basic ethics. The only person who is good enough is the Director of company. He's very nice, totally opposite of others..

Dislikes

Ranging from hr team, and employees, it's not an office, it's a place to get frsutrated. Any person can work here like they have 0 skill check. people are working here with 0 salary just to sit on bench. they dont even know how to respect seniors. the hr s here feel they are bosses, their communication skill is 0. full of politics office....Read More

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
