Top management say one team one goal but actually different, There is big politics in top management so customer is unhappy now, Old management is customer base so all customers is happy.

The job is interesting and struggle before MNC need handle from row material to Customer end but this reason I got lots of opportunities to learn and prove different Role and prove own and I always thanks for company.

Entire engineering and proper process oriented company. Every customer should always prefer one of the most excellence in gears and transmission products. I had worked in this company 4+yrs.all employees over there is excellent in in their stream.
