Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

My company has very nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated appreciated for their efforts.

Invitra Technologies is very good company. I was resigned because I wanted to take career break for my kids.

Work Details

I was joined Invitra Technologies as a fresher then I started working on ASP.net C# developer. I developed 10+ projects from start in ASP.net. I have worked on SQL server database creation also, creating database, writing queries, store procedures.
