One and only advantage working here is Gets good enough work to learn.
Dislikes
1. The HR management team is highly ineffective and poorly organized.
2. There is sever lack of work life balance , making it difficult to manage personal and professional commitments.
3. The workload demands are so high that employees are required to work long hours, often sacrificing nights and weekends.
4. Employees are overloaded with tasks and responsibilities, yet their compensation is significantly lower then expected.
5. The HR policies are inconsistent and tend to change very frequently, often depending on the individual in charge. when an employee decides to leave the company, the policies are altered every few months, making their exit process unnecessary complicated, challenging and making their life very difficult.
6. The number of technical employees is extremely very less, with only about four remaining, as most peoples leave due to the poor treatment of technical consultants. As a Technical consultant, you will not be appreciated or respected and will often face mistreatment from both HR and Delivery managers, who expects you to work like robots and with out thinking of employees well being....Read More
