No Work life balance in the billing/MSE team Worst middle layer management . Hire and Fire policy every year and Zero job Security All the reviews which are talking good about WLB are all fake and written by HRs/Marketers. Ask any Intuit Employee what Intuit India Leaders has mentioned about these employee burnout due to un-necessary pressure. According to leaders, this is the new normal in Intuit. Monolith code base and was written 10-15 years back. Engineers are supposed to be on-call 24*7 and any issue has to be resolved within a hours time. On-call rotation is almost bi-weekly due to less people in each time. Intuit gets double of what they pay each month to you. Intuit India gets scrap/maintenance work from US and no hands on coding from scratch. Never ever plan to join Intuit better join company even with lesser package but will have better peace of mind and WLB....Read More
