When I joined the organization, they upheld the core value of "people first." However, over the past 1.5 years, I feel this value has diluted due to the presence of some less skilled and undeserving seniors and managers. The overall ratio of skilled employees has decreased drastically, and the salary increments are somewhat below market standards. Additionally, the internal programs can sometimes feel overwhelming.
