Not that supportive. They are calling to office once a week even when cases are increasing rapidly in bangalore. Looks like they are contributing to grow corona cases now.

Dislikes

Too much of leadership philosophy. People who support them will grow in this company. If your focus is only on technical stuff and getting things done then no future for you in here.

You will get good amount of work here. Satisfied work. At some point you will be working whole week day and night. At last no recognition. And after going to home most of the time you will have client meetings, least personal time to spend.

There is high flexibility with work-life balance and lot of areas (support, testing, voice nonvoice, and different roles) one can experience if want to. Team-mates and employees are the best part of this organization, you will probably find awesome colleagues here.

Some sort of politics with few senior-level ordinals to some extent. cons bonus job security there is a lot of room for all such and more problems to be improved upon. Which the company is already trying to improve.
