However, over the past 1.5 years, I feel this value has diluted due to the presence of some less skilled and undeserving seniors and managers. Don't like policy for working hours. If work hours are being extended due to business requirement, one is not allowed to work remotely and complete remaining/required tasks. Don't like Gratuity and Health Insurance getting deducted from employee's salary. And, same is not mentioned in salary slip.
