Bad salary structure . Delayed appraisal process. they give appraisal after 16 months in that half part of appraisal is payed as bonus which comes once in next 6 months . terrible process. also hike given is very less.

Its ok ok . Try to avoid this company if you get better chance somewhere else . If join try to switch within 2 year otherwise your growth will be impacted severely
