Every week they will quality call and if we have any doubts we can clear it.. We can take the leave and we can compensate with Saturday or sunday.

Dislikes

There is only one paid leave in one month If they are changing any team they wont tell what's the problem and all. If they are resigning there is no send off for 6 months to 1yr experience. If u want to get incentive u wont take leaves a d work should be 95 to 100 percent quality for monthly basis.

Technologies depend on project. They did not provide special courses or reimbursement for courses with which you can learn new tech. There is some availability of one system for whole company where they can learn from some website but it needs persmission to get time to access the system which makes it difficult process.
