Opportunity to grow faster and the encouragement for the performers is very rapid. The management & the work culture is very transparent. There is so much recognition from the top management for the performers. There is so much freedom and encouragement for innovation & ideas.

Nothing Specific. Medical Insurance & few other extra perks can be provided. I think Management is already looking at it which is appreciable.

My work is look after few Operations & support teams. It's bit challenging considering the Stringent SLA's but i enjoy the challenges and i get new opportunities to explore more on the management front.

I would definitely say this is the best company i have ever worked. The reason is the recognition of the work of an individual is directly applauded and appreciated by the CEO itself. 1.If you have good buttering skills then you can join here. 2.Too much office politics. Only PNPC. 3.If you want to spoil your career then join or if you have no other offer then join otherwise don't join .That is my recommendations. 4.No proper HR policies they follow. If you reach out to HR with your problems, you even don't know when they fire you with out any reasons.
