Working with ISP I learnt so many software and also multitasking
Dislikes
Management is so poor, people don't appreciate you for your work
ISP hire freshers mostly so no scope of improvement after certain amount of time
Shift timing is strict
No extra pay for extra hours
Less holidays

Regarding career advancement opportunities, we understand your concerns and are and have hired a dedicated leader for LnD division , she takes care of the skill mapping and brings initiatives to shorten the skills gap. she will constantly review our talent development programs to ensure that they meet the needs of our team members at every stage of their careers.
We also take your feedback regarding shift timings, compensation, and holiday entitlement , we have already edited our policies and We are sure it is resolving your concerns here. We have a compensatory off policy and on behalf of holidays , we have created optional holiday plans region and religion wise. The leave counts per year in each leave types are increased and we have introduced the new leave types as well.
Our Sales and Marketing departments are revamped as well to bring more challenging and competitive projects as per our team's skills expertise.
