Low Pay Scale, Low appraisals, Alternate Saturdays working(1/3/5), High Work Pressure, No employee confirmation without AWS Certification(at least 1 Associate level cert. should be cleared for confirmation), Work Life Balance is a bit chaotic and you might not get a free weekend too sometimes. 100% agreed that we commit mistakes, but sometimes your contribution might not even matter.
