1. Work culture 2. Poor management 3. Bad projects ( Walmart Client) 4. No work life balance One of the worst company and worst management. No work life balance and no good projects here. I worked here for few months and struggled day and night, due to no work life balance as I had small kid I requested for release from project but management released from company without any futher intimation mainly HR Prerna and Manager Ashok Bhavra. These people fooled me, they gave me the assurance that I will get salary for the days I worked (35 days) and asked me to return company assets, but now they were giving some false reasons and not paying my salary and also experience letter as well. My colleagues also facing the same situation in that client(Walmart) project, even they also didn't get salary and other benifits too. Management kindly take strict action on HR Prerna and Manager Ashok Bhavra. Dear job seekers don't waste your time by joining this company. Think before joining here....Read More
