I have been working here from few years as a content manager and no I feel its the correct time for me to drop a feedback for the company. Work culture here is good as everyone is approachable and you feel welcomed when you join the company. Along with professionalism, they do care about your personal problems and help you out as much as possible. Company only needs their employees to be honest and dedicated for the time they are in office, rest everything is super chill and no such issues. They have various departments and they also allow you to explore them so you get to explore various other technologies and growth-oriented opportunities. Nothing. Very toxic and Operations is making the CEO and his wife fool.I was working as a Dedicated Learning Manager(DLM) no work is defined and pathetic process and SOPs along with very bad leave policies.

Everything. No job security. Very hectic work culture. Extremely toxic. Managers are always after girls. Female employees always get hit on. The environment is very uncomfortable. No learning and they show the CEO that employees are doing a lot of work.
