Tell to all the Training and placement department of the college not to bring this company in our campus and don't tell your students to go for this company they are telling your 1 month salary will be getting in 4 month before 4 month they pressure you more and trying to remove you so they are not paying any thing to you . I have been worked at Intellipaat as a Business Development Trainee. They are they just making money and making people fool they will not give you any placement. They will tell you to clear the PRT test if you clear the test then also they will not proceed you further for the placements. All the IIT mentor are fake they are just priv ate college pass out<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The company doesn't have a base salary to pay to the employee they will just cut you salary and tell you you call time was less then 2 hours 30 minutes</mark>. The main thing you will be working here for more then 12 hours. For the freshers they are giving closed lead more then 1 year ago and giving pressure to do the sale and they are just irritating the customer by calling. They are providing salary of 1 month in 4 month and they will fire 95% of the freshers telling that you are not good fit at this role and they are not give the employee salary also. That BHARGAVI HR is there she is telling 1000 people are working here how can we provide salary to everyone. They are hiring in bulk and after 1 month they will fire 95% of them. Do not work here and do not take any course from the intelliapaat. I have taken the leave and then I become sick so they remove me from all the intelliapaat groups and the n they send me the mail of absconded and when I go to the office and shared the medical bill, medical certificate, medical prescription, them also they remove and not have paid my first month salary. They are cutting the employee salary they are not giving you the sick leave also. The work culture is not good here one guy is there who used to where Sun Glasses in office everytime comping and shouting on the manager and fresher regarding the sales. Worst experience till now I completed my 2 month almost in intellipaat in my contract they mention 9hr shift but we stay in company for 12 hr. And still they deduct our salary, your efforts doesn't matter if u not doing any sale

1. About future career/growth; This company is seriously very bad for your future career. If you are thinking that you will join this company just to gain experience and then you will switch within a year, then let me give you a heads up, It will not be beneficial for you as this company has a really bad reputation in the market be cause of their unethical practices. If you mention somewhere that you worked at Intellipaat they will either not shortlist you or give you will be given less preference. After working for one or two years, again you will have to apply as a fresher to get worthy opportunities. 2. About Salary and Incentives: If you are joining this company then be prepared to lose your hard-earned salary, your "FIXED SALARY", as a deduction without any specific or written reason. After the complete month when it's time to receive your salary, HR/Manager will say that your work for the month was not "JUSTIFIED" and that is why they are deducting 3 days or 1 week's salary. Yes, it is unethical but that is how this company runs. When it comes to incentives, do not expect to receive them at all. You will have to update your incentivized work literally at 6-7 forms and sheets and if you miss even one form, they will not consider your incentives. They will find every opportunity possible to not give you your incentive. There are people in the company who have not received their due incentives for 3-4 months<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. So if there is any variable pay mentioned in your offer letter, do not consider that amount as you will almost never receive it</mark>. FOR LPU (Lovely Profession University) STUDENTS: They hire a lot of people from LPU so if you are from LPU be especially aware of them. LPU placement committee knows all of these unethical practices but still works with them just to show better placement results. So as your big brother, I am advising you, DO NOT JOIN INTELLIPAAT. Ask your seniors to double-check. Intellipaat used to do the same practices at CU (Chandigarh University) and so CU has block-listed them. Don't make up your mind just by reading this one review. Please go through all the reviews, you will get these repetitive complaints in all the reviews (other than those reviews that Intellipaat writes itself to better its rating on Glassdoor-like platforms) It's my honest suggestion that it's better to wait for a few months for other opportunities rather than wasting your 1-2 years in this company...Read More

Not only do they not provide the salary for the work you have done, they also have very bad work culture.
