Very nice organization for the freshers who just come to explore the corporate world. Work life balance is zero in this company if you not completely your daily targets or monthly sales. Work pressure is also to much to complete ✅ the sales for your monthly achived tragets. If you're working as a full time employee then definitely you will make very good friends and bond with your manager. I swear, Dont ever try for this company, One of the worst i have ever seen. In the name of Technical research analyst, You have to teach students with python and some other language, Timings are very strict and even on sat & sund you gotta work..and in week days u have only one holiday. They mostly take in the name of technical resea rch analyst after some days they will throw u in sales. And if you’re a TRA sat n sun, you have to stay till 11pm night. I literally cried..the whole night how they behaved with me. No professionalism, No manners. I could write a book how much i hate this company. It is an educational based company..there’s only one technical team that too in Jaipur, and in Bangalore, either you will be teacher/lecturer or in sales team and crave to complete targets. - There is no job security. They can fire you anytime. 15days, 20days, 1 month. Anytime. - The are doing all kind of fraud work. - Please don't buy anything from them. - They are selling all courses by giving fake promises. - Within my 1 month of work, I can tell you god will not gonna forgive these guys. Who are selling courses wit h fake promises and fake reviews. - They are giving fake reviews by creating lots fake accounts. - They have a particular team for fake reviews. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> - You are never gonna get job through learning their courses</mark>. Because the people who are going to help you during the course are not even well trained. They will search on internet and tell you answers. - I worked here for 21 days. They didn't pay me for that during the full and final settlement. They said that based on performance we reduce your salary to half. You cant reduce the salary of a guy who worked for you guys. You can terminate someone but they didn't give me the salary i deserved for that 21 days. Purely inhuman, pathetic, disgusting company. 1 Work life Balance - 9 hours is minimum and it can be extended till 11 hours due to silly reasons. None works smart and use technology to be productive. They could for 9 hours and run. That includes the manager. 2 Salary and Benefits - That's a satire. CTC in offer letter is a scam. They account everything in variable pay and scam c ollege placement cells. 3 Promotion and Appraisal - When asked about this to seniors, they gave no hope in career path. Politics, Fatigue. 4 Job Security - Welcome to the club! Hiring blindly to fill the sales team. Firing in Skype within a week. Stupid policy. HR could do employee supply demand forecast before recruitment. Funniest quote from Trainer "sales is not everyone's cup of tea" well I drink coffee. Don't try sell Tea/ sales to everyone then. Hire people from marketing discipline. 5 Skill Development/ Training - 0 ethics. Scamming is the usual practice here. They think themselves as mafia bosses while blabbering to customers. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Trainers are telling interns to introduce themselves as ("senior" learning consultant to customers) Jesus!</mark>. The trainer doesn't even knows to pronounce Toronto (University of Toronto) and doesn't knows that it's in Canada, cannot pronounce Massachusetts institute of technology. But she's a QA pro here. Reincarnated as learning consultant too. 6 Work Satisfaction - Even trainers are drained. Trainer guy behaves like school master. No leadership skills. I can't see myself after 2-3 years in that position. Sales is not scam. Don't scam in name of sales. When questioned against he tells, "you all have no talent to crack interviews that's why we are giving you opportunity for career. That's why our recruitment process was easy". Man, then why you recruit students and show them 9 LPA. That too from NIT, Jain University. Dumb? Huh.. 7 Company culture - That's a stand up comedy show. One guy always wears sunglasses inside office for no apparent reason, Don't even have optimum AC temperature, dumped 50 guys in one little room for training. Trainer guy makes reels with HR girls to show "company culture" brags about his salary. Roaming with HRs (any gendered person) for making reels instead of discussing why people are posting bad reviews about the company. Note: I have experience in working with startups.
