Managers are approachable and always supportive, they are available for guidance that whelps you slot. sometimes, work is too much but it happens everywhere so it’s fine. The work culture at Intellipaat is empowering. It keeps you ahead of industry trends which aligns well with the current market. Colleagues are very helpful, you are allowed to have as many short breaks as you want, just make sure you are completing your tasks on time. You have the privilege to share your ideas, keep your points which will be entertained in the meeting and will be implemented as needed so you just don’t follow which is being told, but also act as a driving force in different situations. - There is no job security. They can fire you anytime. 15days, 20days, 1 month. Anytime. - The are doing all kind of fraud work. - Please don't buy anything from them. - They are selling all courses by giving fake promises. - Within my 1 month of work, I can tell you god will not gonna forgive these guys. Who are selling courses with fake promises and fake reviews. - They are giving fake reviews by creating lots fake accounts. - They have a particular team for fake reviews. - You are never gonna get job through learning their courses. Because the people who are going to help you during the course are not even well trained. They will search on internet and tell you answers. - I worked here for 21 days. They didn't pay me for that during the full and final settlement. They said that based on performance we reduce your salary to half. You cant reduce the salary of a guy who worked for you guys. You can terminate someone but they didn't give me the salary i deserved for that 21 days. Purely inhuman, pathetic, disgusting company. The training period was one week to learn an entirely new technology. They micro manage you and make it seem like you can still give them a feedback. All employees are scared of talking back to the management. It's a very sad and stressful working environment.
