Deduction of fixed salary every month despite performance, holding incentives just to have some leverage on the employee. Biggest scam in Ed tech industry. The AVP and senior managers literally use abusive words and treat their inferiors like shit. Favouritism is the worst thing here, as they only even look at you if you do favours

...,unorganised and unethical work culture Lays off are happening on daily basis Delays and salary deductions from the beginning to till now This company is not enough capable to hire experienced professionals Fresher are getting kick out in 3-5 days of PIP This company’s scamming to their employees and clients too, providing the training from college students and telling them these classes are conducting by IIT faculties but actually it’s wrong when I said them I will give genuine reviews then they were threatening me that we won’t give you your relieving letter and you will face sub charges issues in the future opportunities

... care of your mental health by serving good snack, music, games and refreshment. HR policy is much better than other companies, you always receive your salary on time, you can claim your insurance without any hassle, incentives are processed as promised, etc. Good place for growth.
