Role Overview

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping Intellipaat’s visual identity. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and create high-impact designs for marketing campaigns, social media, web platforms, and more. Your expertise in design principles and creative storytelling will help deliver compelling visuals that align with our brand and connect with our audience.

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer who specializes in designing impactful visual content for digital advertising and marketing. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in

creating high-performing advertisement banners for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads, along with YouTube thumbnails optimized for high click-through rates (CTR).

The role requires a keen understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to transform text-based content into an effective image that captivates the audience. If you have an eye for detail, a passion for engaging designs, and a knack for understanding digital trends, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advertisement Design:
• Create compelling and visually appealing banners for Meta and Google ad campaigns, adhering to platform-specific guidelines.
2. YouTube Thumbnails:
• Design click-worthy thumbnails optimized for maximum CTR and engagement.
3. Content Imagery for Blogs:
• Interpret blog content and technical topics to design images that enhance readability and captivate the audience.
4. Brand Consistency:
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding and marketing strategies.
5. Collaboration:
• Work closely with the content, marketing, and technical teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful designs.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing Meta, Google ad banners, and YouTube thumbnails.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
• Expertise in typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and ad specifications for different platforms.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an ed-tech or fast-paced digital environment.
• Design Expertise: Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
• Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of designs, including social media graphics, branding, motion graphics, and campaign work.
• Creativity & Vision: Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and design accessibility.
