Job Description
As a Senior Graphic Designer at IDFX Design, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and creative team. You will be working with the Creative Director and the wider team to deliver projects. This includes early research, conceptual designs which will follow all the way through delivery. You are curious. This role is all about building an ever-expanding set of skills. We will help develop your environmental design skills and train you on our approach to place.
Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and impactful design concepts that align with client expectations and their brand.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform design decisions.
- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- Mentor junior designers by providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality delivery within tight deadlines.
- Masters / Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proficiency in design softwares, such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator & Photoshop. Skills in SketchUp, CAD or other 3D applications, web or motion graphics are a bonus.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities, and understanding of typography, layout principles, colour theory, and branding principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating a passion for graphic design.
- Strong excellent communication skills to effectively present design ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
