Likes: Work timings are flexible and not rigid, non toxic environment, people get their own space to innovate . For senior position it is very good. Dislikes: High degree of mismanagement, lack of ethics, exploitation of juniors, incompetent HR. Office politics , unregularised salaries poor growth, cost cutting in basic employee needs from refreshments to toiletries. Poor conduct with freshers. Very artificial care no remorse for firing.
