There have not any training system, it would be depend on self skill, maximum training would be given on self interest based. No innovation atmosphere in the company, total works running on the basis of one man show system. There haven't any job security and no career growth policy in the company.

Dislikes

I dislike job security in the company and all the system runs on the mood of a single man. I also got some best teammates whom are very willing to done the work, out of that there haven't anything to learn.

Work Details

I work here with extra effort and some extra work would be done by me to develop myself in future, that works not related to me but I prepare for future and to growth my knowledge and skills.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
