Best place for disability people to work. Providing free food for late working employees is highly appreciable. Can bring child to work is my favorite thing in Intellect.

Dislikes

Pay is a big problem. Low grade with less experienced person would get ~40% more salary than high grade with more experienced person. Not putting effort to keep the highly commendable people in company.

1) In chennai After 8 PM, they will provide free bus service to two different areas. 2) peanuts, Buttermilk or free juice will be available morning and evening 3) after 7 PM they will provide free snacks 4) If people are staying after 9 PM, then they will provide free lunch. If project dependent on you the you will get 10 percent hike or more every year for sure.

In few projects, micromanagement will be there, you have to give update on status from immediate manager to top level manager. Every one from hierarchy starts giving work and expected to be completed. Even if you have pile of work to complete. Less dependent on tools. Managers wants reports about the progress on projects. Even then there were various tools to use but you have to update in tools as well as prepare and share the required documents formats to senior managers. If you dont have bike or car, reaching the company in chennai is little difficult. we have to depend on shuttle for pick up and drop. Only few products are developed in latest technologies.
