Absolute pathetic!! There is nothing good about the company, it looks like the company would slowly shut down (you can check the share price of the company), and most of the employees are unprofessional (which is expected if a company pays less). There wouldn't be any support from team members, the manager or HR or IT team (which is worse). Better keep out of the company.

Dislikes

Till the date of joining HR will be punctual and after that AWOL, no replies nothing. Immediate managers just want to impress their reporting manager so would do dumb work. Dumb work follows rework late-night working and weekend work. There wouldn't be any work-life balance. Met many employees as part of the project 80% of them doesn't even know how to use excel or powerpoint (you can gauge the standards of the company by this)....Read More
