I have started my career in Teamcenter PLM. In the starting and middle of my career, I believed that companies those have popular brands, Hi-Fi infrastructure, large number of employees only provides job security, Good CTC, Good Roles and learning etc., But as year passed, I have started realizing that these elements (popular brands, Hi-Fi infrastructure, large number of employees) does not bring any big self improvements to me in both my technical and financial aspects. Also there was silent Hire-Fire concepts. Then I joined Intelizign Engineering Services as "Senior PLM Analyst". Within few months, I felt secured and realized that I seeded in right place. No performance Awards and Rewards. 1 or 2% only Appraisals will get, that also will go for Income tax deductions. No work life balance. They will deducted some amount from gross salary and release every 03 month once..

No proper Salary, not employee friendly, too much work stress. Even has to work more than 12 hours and night shifts even for developers.
