The thing which I personally like about Integra unisource pvt Ltd is that it giving chance to fresher's,this is the best place for fresher's to learn. Supportive manager's is an plus point.Language is no barriers like other cooperative firm.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Slow growth or No growth,compensation is also low as compared to other cooperative firm.Work pressure is also high,also training process is not likeable.Also there is no alternate Saturday off

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
