Worst company I have worked with. They only hire people to complete their projects and then kick them out for no reason. No HR and no efficient tech support team. Company policy is absurd; underpaid jobs and no job security, as a result there is no career growth also.

Work-Life balance is good. You won't be made to work overtime often. Just once in a week or 2 weeks. You get decent to good systems to work on. Chennai office is located within an IT park, so we can get fine snacks and food at the common cafeteria. Optional flexible working hours.

Micromanagement. Hardly any bonuses or appraisals no matter how long you stay with the company. They do not get good clients to work on producing quality work. Eagerness to embrace new tools, technologies and techniques is limited. Second Saturday is considered a working day but since nobody works on that day, they'll force you to use up your 12 sick leaves throughout the year.
