It's the worst company to work in and the work culture is so bad and you will be bombarded with the so much off work with zero appreciation. Bosses will warn you every time with job security and you will end up find another job and peace of mind.

Dislikes

Unorganized environment, system and irresponsible managers.

Work Details

The worst two years of my life that is professional career I have spent with Intas pharmaceuticals. Irresponsible managers are the reason why I'm writing all this.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
