Increment is between 1- 8 %, Highest increment is 9% on promotion only. Career growth is very slow, if ur flattery then these company is best for u else not.

Working experience is terrible because of overload work, have to work on holiday also, most of the time 12 hrs, against low overtime as 40 rs/hr. Call any time for duty.
